We are pleased to announce that we have secured a conference room block at the Hilton Garden Inn San Diego Old Town / SeaWorld Area, conveniently located at 4200 Taylor Street, San Diego, CA.
The hotel is situated in the heart of Old Town, providing easy access to restaurants, attractions, and key conference locations. It offers a comfortable and convenient stay (couple of minutes from the main venue) for attendees traveling to PANAM XXIII.
Special Group Rates
A limited number of rooms have been reserved for conference attendees at a special rate:
- $179 per night (single occupancy)
- Available for nights of May 27–29, 2026
- Group room rates above do not include applicable taxes and assessments and other mandatory fees and charges.
- The following taxes and assessments and the following rates are effective as of the date of this Agreement: Currently 12.95% occupancy tax, 2% San Diego tourism tax and 0.195% California tourism assessment fee. All such taxes and assessments are subject to change without notice.
- Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid charges
- Early departures may incur a one-night charge
- Guests are responsible for their own room charges and incidental expenses

Reservation Information
- Each individual guest must make his or her own reservation by calling 877-782-9444 or booking at www.hgioldtown.com no later than April 27th.
- Guests making such reservations must identify themselves as members of PANAM Group.
- All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card.
- If a guest does not cancel a reservation within seventy-two (72) hours before the guest’s check-in date, then Hotel may charge the credit card one night’s room fee plus any applicable taxes.
- Attendees are responsible for making their own hotel reservations. To secure the group rate:
- Book directly through the hotel or designated link
- Identify yourself as part of the PANAM Conference group
- A credit card or first-night deposit is required
Reservation deadline (cutoff date): April 27, 2026
